2) In case you need any change kindly reschedule as per your future availability.

3) Your site visit doesn't automatically guarantee you to reserve your choice of flat/villa unless you pay a token amount to block the same.

4) Any ongoing offers at the time of the visit, are time-sensitive and they may not be applicable if a timely payment with confirmation is not made.
